I absolutely love checking out Express's clearance jewelry. Here's the latest items I found. I paid $20.73 which includes tax for these 4 items. Regular retail for these 4 items was $119! 

DIY Bulletin Board

What you'll need:

1) Bulletin Board 

(mine was from Walmart for $10)

2) Fabric

(I used Stash Started with came in a pre-cut 1 yard of fabric)

3) Gold Push Pins ($1 from Dollar Store)

4) Liquid Adhesive ($1 from Dollar Store) 

Instructions:

Facen one side with gold push pins. Then add glue to bulletin board, gently flatten out fabric on board.

I then used the gold push pins to place around the remaining 3 sides.

I then used a thin blade to cut remaining fabric off. See photo below for picture of blade.
